Low prices invite one fair question — is it real? At Barog, every product is unsealed in front of you, and the importer's authenticity certificate for all 16 brands we use hangs on the clinic wall. Photograph them. Check the lot numbers.

Here is exactly how it works at the chair: the sealed box is brought in with your name on the chart, you check the brand and expiry date printed on it, and the seal is broken in front of you. The lot number on the vial matches the importer certificate on the wall — photograph both if you like. What is drawn into the syringe is measured in front of you, and what is left over is discarded, never reused.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both work. Walk-ins are seen in arrival order; a WhatsApp booking guarantees your slot and cuts the wait. Message us with your treatment and preferred time — replies come within 2 hours.
Can I get a consultation in my language?
Consultations run in English, Chinese and Japanese. Send your questions on WhatsApp first if you prefer — pricing and availability are answered before you visit.
Are the board prices really final?
Yes. The price on the board is what you pay — VAT is stated separately, and there is no consult-room upsell. International patients pay the same prices as locals.
How do I know the products are authentic?
Every vial is opened in front of you, and the importer's authenticity certificate for all 16 brands we carry hangs in the clinic — photograph them and check the lot numbers against your vial.
What are your opening hours?
Weekdays 10:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00, Sunday closed. We stay open on most public holidays — check WhatsApp for specific dates.
Can I combine several treatments in one visit?
Often, yes — filler with skin boosters, or toning with lifting, are common same-day combinations. Your physician confirms what can be done safely in one sitting at the consultation; some combinations need to be spaced apart, and we will tell you which.
Are my photos and records kept private?
Yes. Clinical photos stay in your chart unless you give written consent for publication. Every before-and-after image on this site is published with the patient's explicit consent, and nothing is shared with third parties.
How early before my flight should I book?
For injectables, book at least one full day before departure so we can check on you if needed. Most visits take about 40 minutes — many patients come straight from their Seomyeon hotel.

Most international patients build the visit into a Busan trip: land at Gimhae in the morning, check in near Seomyeon, walk over for a consultation the same afternoon. Treatments like filler and toning take under an hour, which leaves the evening for Seomyeon's food alleys.
